Details of delivery
Upon request, we deliver to Kazakhstan and other nations.
The shipping costs shown below are applicable:
We provide free delivery of coffee for equipment and orders exceeding 20,000 tenge.
Orders under 20,000 tenge will incur a delivery fee in accordance the shipping partners’ pricelist.
With the exception of the West area, which may take ten to fifteen working days, we strive to ship all orders within four to five working days, if not sooner. Jet Logistic and Avis are our partners for delivery. Delivery times may be longer during periods of high trade activity and uncontrollable occurrences. Naturally, our goal is to deliver your item as soon as possible.
We don’t impose any extra costs when you pay with a credit card, debit card, or PayPal.
Provider of Shipping
Our shipping partners are Jet Logistic and Avis. Please be aware that we are unable to guarantee any particular delivery date. Jet Logistic and Avis will send you an email or text message with details on your delivery.
We will try our best to notify you if the supply of your goods or services is delayed or blocked for uncontrollable reasons (such as shortages of materials, delayed imports, or higher than expected demand), but we will not be held responsible for the failure or delay.
Returns
We will pay for postage if you are returning an item for a warranty repair or because it is defective.
The cost of return shipping must be paid by the buyer if they decide to return an unused item for any reason.
